Ordering Your Shed: 5 Simple Steps  

STEP 1 - SITE CHECK
Contact us to schedule an appointment. 
We will determine access for delivery of complete structure or if it will need to be built on site.
We also help with positioning of structure in yard and discuss any necessary site-prep .

STEP 2 - DESIGN
Decide on the Size, Style, Color and other Options that you prefer.
We can assist with this to help make the choices that are right for you.

STEP 3 QUOTE
Submit Info to RELCO BARNS for your custom estimate.
Be sure to ask about current lead times. 
We want to get your shed order to you in the shortest amount of time possible.

STEP 4 INVOICE
Review and confirm all details to insure all specifications are correct. 
Complete your order with a 1/3 deposit.(cash or check preferred)
You can be secured in knowing we will process your workorder promptly.

STEP 5  -DELIVERY
When your shed or other structure arrives from the manufacturer, we will contact you to schedule a delivery date that is convenient for you.

Site Prep Options

We eliminate any ground contact for the pressure treated floor. Relco Barns will install multiple solid cement block under the supporting 4x4 skids as part of our standard setup of shed. The option to have a stone base, or cement pad installed is for the customer to arrange with a qualified professional local landscaper or cement contractor. Stone bases and Cement pads must be installed square and level to insure the proper positioning of shed and the open/close function of any shed doors.
